Taliworks Corp Bhdis issuing RM420mil sukuk through its jointly-controlled entity, Cerah Sama Sdn bhd. In a filling with Bursa, it said Cerah Sama is the holding company of Grand Saga Sdn Bhd, which owned and operated the concession of the Cheras-Kajang Highway until 2045. Maybank Investment Bank Bhd was appointed as the pricipal adviser, lead arranger, lead manager, security agent and facility agent for Cerah Sama’s sukuk programme.
